If you suspect that your jilico account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jilico's customer support team immediately via live chat. jilico may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
jilico reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where jilico has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilico, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jilico does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jilico's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilico account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilico's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilico Platform shall first be submitted to jilico's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitral body as jilico may designate. The seat of arbitration shall be Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
jilico reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilico will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
